In designing and manufacturing products according to a customer's request, it is important that we pick up a right key device to be used, in the product from the professional's viewpoint. To this end, we must understand the quality and performance of the device.
F&F handles each part (base plate, harness, sheet metal etc.) by unit, with staffs that ensure performance of each part. Each part can also be sold individually.
Product design
We design a product according to a customer's request. Some projects go through meetings only for a couple of times, but some take two years to complete the product design.
Concept design
We also design concept or appearance of Industrial instruments and medical products. We make proposals or designs for commercialization while making sure what the customer has in mind. Concrete structural and mechanical designs are also handled.
Base plate
We deal with circuit design, layout design, and mass production of a base plate. Having contracts with several bare board manufacturers, we can offer low price or provide quick delivery.
Sheet metal
We have expanded our business to China-made sheet metal. With the business partnership contract with a sheet metal factory, we offer high quality and low price for competitive edge. Products imported to Japan are to go through acceptance inspection and are supplied to customers after full preparations.
Wiring harness
Having complicated cooperative structure, the supply market of the custom-made harnesses and cables are limited. F&F is capable of respond to various needs as we have collaborative business framework with dozens of cooperative companies.
Function as a trading firm
Implementing direct dealing with multiple agencies and leading manufacturers, we offer satisfactory support for both domestic and international customers. We provide conditions favorable to a customer by contract.
User manual production
We do production of instruction manuals, catering to a customer's requests. Collaborating with cooperative firms, we support production through to the binding process.
