Divisions and departments
Administrative Division
Administrative Division takes care of general affairs (personnel and labor management) and accounting that are related to the company management.
In addition to the above tasks, the team makes consideration for a better working environment.
The accounting team is to manage accounting and cash flow.
Sales Division
This Division works as a contact for customers, both domestic and international.
While listening to customers’ voices, the team provides optimum service.
Receiving order, product sales, document control are also the team’s responsibility.
Conducting market research to grasp the market needs, this Division also has a marketing function.
System Development Business Division
Technical Dept. is in charge of product development and related processes. With product knowledge, the team aims at smooth commercialization.
Manufacturing Management Dept. is divided into Manufacturing Management Group, Material Group, and Manufacturing Group, all working on the company’s core business.
Manufacturing Management Group is in charge of consistent control - from production planning and management of cooperative factories through to delivery to customers.
Material Group is to purchase materials, control inventory, and make shipment. Nowadays, materials are not only procured domestically but also internationally. So importing and exporting have rapidly increased.
Materials procured both in and outside of Japan are all assembled, inspected, and shipped to our customers by the Manufacturing Group. Also, the team aggressively promotes LEAN.
Quality Control Dept. monitors product quality. While promoting quality improvement, the team plans QMS, works on the environment, and maintains and observes quality. The team also handles complaints of quality and quality conferences with customers.
New Business Development Division
This Division plans and proposes new and innovative businesses. Going hand-in-hand with a client, we establish a new project and formulate a scheme.
F&F explores new businesses to continue to be a good partner for our customers.
Outside activities (welfare programs)
Employee study tour

A company trip, including training, is conducted once a year. For Japanese staffs, it is held in every September.
In 2008, we visited China (Shanghai and無錫). This was a first time that all employees got together. Chinese staffs set out sometimes between May and July for famous tourist spots such as 桂林 and 海南島.

Club activity (futsal), outdoor activity

We do practices and games outside a couple of times a month. Opponent wanted. So far, we haven’t won the game yet.
To bring staffs all together, we hold events such as barbecue party.

Workout

Going out from the office sometimes may help do a better job. We participate in an external workshop or set up a place to discuss problems outside once in a while.
